I enjoy working with all different types of clients with a variety of issues. Typically, I work best with young to middle age adults. I do not have a gender preference. Many of the clients I work with have depression, trauma and/or anxiety but are not limited to these. I like working with clients that are open and honest in sessions. I, also, enjoy working clients that are willing to try new techniques and strategies. I like a client to be realistic about helping themselves. Productive therapy cannot be done in 2 sessions. Problems that a client has been dealing with for years will take some time to resolve.
