I understand the decision to begin counseling may not be easy and requires a great deal of courage. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’m passionate about empowering you to overcome obstacles and achieve wellness. This journey is unique to you. I strive to create an environment that is comfortable, confidential and conducive to the therapeutic relationship. My counseling style is an integration of a variety of evidenced-based counseling theories such as Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution-Focused, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Strength-Based, Career Counseling and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My goal is to create an atmosphere that allows you the comfort and space to process and grow at your own pace. I hope to empower, challenge and walk with you as you grow.
