Hello, I am Traci Williams (LPC2105) and I am excited to begin this journey with you. My clients are usually experiencing a life transition or a challenge in their everyday work or home environment that may be impacted by their anxiety and depression. My approach is to help you understand the impact of family history and trauma on daily functioning. Through building trust and rapport during our sessions, you will gain the strategies you need to overcome the barriers you are facing. Typically, my clients state that even after one session, they feel heard, supported and a sense of hopefulness.
