About

Taking the first brave step toward healing can feel intimidating. To truly thrive on the journey toward better mental health, it’s essential to feel safe, supported, and understood. As a therapist, it’s my privilege to provide that environment for the individuals, couples, and families I work with. The word Assuage means “to lessen the intensity of,” “to mitigate,” or “to relieve”—and that is at the heart of my mission. My goal is for clients to feel heard, seen, and empowered with healthy tools to navigate trauma, daily stressors, or relationship challenges, so those experiences feel less overwhelming and more manageable. I have training in trauma, with a particular focus on attachment and how it shapes our ability to connect with others. I also partner closely with parents to help them better understand their child’s behavior, set healthy and consistent boundaries, and build effective parenting strategies rooted in connection and emotional attunement.
