I specialize in helping individuals overcome challenges related to OCD, Anxiety and Depression, and I'm here to provide a safe space where you can express yourself freely. My passion for helping individuals with OCD is deeply rooted in my compassion for all life, and I am wholeheartedly committed to supporting you every step of the way. I utilize Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) therapy because it empowers individuals to take control of their OCD and regain their lives. I also use CBT, BA and ACT to support the work.
