Accepting new telehealth clients. Everyone is capable of learning, changing, and healing, no matter what life stage they are in. Beginning therapy can be difficult either for the first time or again after what may have felt like a not so good fit. I believe in a warm, compassionate, empathetic, nonjudgmental approach to therapy. My goal is to help you to find a starting place, work towards your personal goals, achieve success, and feel better. I believe there is a strong connection between how we feel mentally and how we feel physically, therefore, I strive to help my clients on a holistic level. I am a therapist with experience working with clients in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient. When clients work with me, I strive to help them identify areas of change and manage symptoms in a way that makes sense to them. I have a special interest in helping clients who are coping with both physical health and mental health issues.
