My work involves helping people in troubled relationships find what is important to them, personally and in relationship to others. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, guilt, fear, and other emotions that are keeping them stuck as they attempt to move forward. The clients I see hope to rebuild their lives, make sense of their experiences, and move on. I am an EMDR-trained and practicing therapist where trust is key. Once trust is built between the team of client and therapist, great inroads to health and recovery are possible with this therapeutic practice.
