I enjoy working with teens and adults navigating family conflict, identity development, relationship challenges, depression/anxiety, or past traumatic experiences. My clients would describe me as warm, compassionate, supportive, and insightful. In therapy, my goal is to help empower clients to discover a path that feels more grounded and safe, where they can be most fully themselves.
