Working in a variety of social work and mental health settings over the past 20 years, has taught me to implement a straightforward, nonjudgmental, compassionate, and empathetic approach, when working with people. As an interactive therapist, I offer a safe and supportive environment, where I encourage people to utilize their voice, not only to build on their own strengths and resiliency, but to collaborate together to address their needs and goals during this process.
