Hello! Welcome to safe space. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about supporting all of my clients through challenges to experience healing and growth in their lives. I specialize in working with first responders and their families. I also work with non-first responders who are looking to work through traumas, anxiety, and depression. My clinical approach of practice is client centered, solution focused therapy and trauma informed care. I am trained in EMDR and critical incident stress management. Furthermore, I will meet you with empathy, open-mindedness and unconditional positive regard.
