With my vast experience working with many different ages and populations I am able to identify a person’s needs and work with them in the change process by offering encouragement and without judgement. I help clients with relationship issues, life transitions, conflict resolution, grief / loss, personal growth, and life management issues such as difficulty coping, anxiety, depression, pre-marital, marital, divorce recovery, self-esteem, stress management, work/life balance, boundaries, and assertiveness skills. I enjoy working with individuals ages 17+.
