I work with adults (18+), LGBTQ, couples, and addiction/substance use. My ideal client is someone who is willing to push themselves to be the best they can be by facing the hard issues. Their goals are to live and be their most authentic selves. The healing journey is not an easy one, but a rewarding one and I promise it will be worth it. I am located in Winter Park just off I-4 so I take clients from Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Maitland, Sanford and Lake Mary. I can see anyone in Florida virtually. I can also provide life coaching if that is what is desired over therapy.
