I love working with people who are motivated, dedicated, curious about improving their mental health and maintaining their mental health. They also often want to understand the patterns they have learned and developed over the years, how that happened, and how we can try to make things better. Whether you are 18 or 81, my goal is to support you, listen, and figure out what you need and how to make it happen. I have experience in a broad range of concerns including, anxiety, depression, addictions, OCD, autism, stress reduction and helping people transition be it from a young adult launching to someone considering retirement. In addition I am very experienced in dual diagnosis, trauma, PTSD, and women's issues and concerns.
