About
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based and licensed in Indiana but also licensed in Washington State. I received my Masters from Indiana University and have been practicing for 29 years in multiple settings. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, aging, life changes, transition and adjustment across the life-span. I utilize several modalities in therapy but am goal focused to help clients find the balance they are seeking with new tools for now and in the future.
