Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and am also licensed in Maine (LCPC). I received my masters in Rehabilitation and Mental Health from the University of South Florida. I work with my clients on their mental health struggles (trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, and coping skills to name a few) to enable them to manage their mental health so it is not interfering with their daily functioning and they can be the best version of themselves. I primarily offer counseling for depression, anxiety, PTSD/Trauma, stress, addictions (alcohol and other drugs), coping skills, mindfulness, and health/nutrition and mental health. I also counsel mental health diagnoses such as Bipolar Disorder, among other diagnoses.
