I work with individuals facing depression and anxiety, helping them make sense of overwhelming emotions and reconnect with parts of themselves that may feel lost or disconnected. For those struggling with substance use, I take a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach that honors the reasons substances may have become a coping tool, while supporting healthier alternatives and long-term recovery. In grief and loss work, I hold space for the full range of emotions that come with saying goodbye—to people, roles, identities, or ways of life—recognizing that grief does not follow a straight line or a set timeline.
