As the 1st Black female Brainspotting trainer in the world, I seek to humanize mental health struggles, representation and champion therapy to everyone as the path to normalizing/living a healthy, active, fulfilling life. Freedom, self-confidence, courage, a healthy sense of self; what's stopping you? Barriers to acceptance exist, often buried deep within the layers of experience, trauma, divorce, unmet needs, unhealed hurts, depression, anxiety, less than desired self esteem, family systems, unhealthy relationships, anger, feelings of being misunderstood, symptoms of diagnosis, poor communication skills and the list goes on.
