Having started working as a therapist 25 years ago, I continue to feel grateful to join clients on their pathway to healing. I believe that a relaxed, interactive, nonjudgmental, and empathic style leads to the most successful therapeutic outcomes. I often use a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused therapies, insight oriented therapy, and psychodynamic concepts. I am trained in EMDR. I find that a collaborative, team approach focused on solutions to the pain or discomfort in the "here and now" encourages emotional growth. I work with individuals 25 and older.
