With 15 years of professional experience, my ideal client is someone who is ready to go deeper to find the underlying cause to their repeated symptoms of anxiety, depression or PTSD. I offer therapy from a Trauma Informed lens and tend to incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Somatic (tapping into the physical body's innate wisdom to track and heal stuck emotions and calming your nervous system) and Ego State Therapy (Parts' Work) as modalities that offer a deeper psychological and physiological healing. I also have a particular interest in working with Transpersonal (Spiritual) and Parapsychology. I can also help you to find better ways of coping with stressors, stress management and grounding skills to help you stay in your window of tolerance and increase overall resiliency to deal with the challenges of life.
