I am a relational psychotherapist practicing in Chicago. I specialize in areas like anxiety, depression, life changes, and relationships, and I’m known to employ humor as a part of my treatment. My approach is to help clients build on their strengths and practice self-compassion through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapies. I value working with diverse clientele and enjoy being a neurodivergent affirming, sex positive, LGBTQ+ affirming clinician.
