Welcome! Reaching out to a therapist isn't an easy decision, especially if you have tried therapy before and feel it was unsuccessful. I will offer you a welcoming and judge-free environment with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with life changes, anxiety, stress, mood disorders, family dynamics, relationship issues and so much more. I consider my specialty to be with couples and have experienced much success with clients initially therapy-resistant. BUT not everyone needs therapy. You may prefer coaching. I have broad experience in both personal and business coaching as well.
