I am a New York State Licensed Psychologist & Certified NYS School Psychologist. I have worked in a variety of settings with a diverse population. My goal is to help people feel understood and empower them to create a healthy and enjoyable life. I have over 20 years of experience working with adolescents (ages 11 to 18) and adults. I believe everyone has a life story that is precious, and therapy is a journey of understanding one's experiences, in order to take control and achieve one's goals.
