I have been working as a psychotherapist for over 25 years. My goal is to help clients gain the insight and tools necessary to reach their fullest potential. The journey is different for each of us, so I use a variety of approaches in the therapeutic process. My hope is that through self exploration, clients will learn to develop healthier patterns of communication, maintain healthier boundaries, improve self care, and develop/utilize healthier coping skills. I'm in the office Tuesday through Thursday, with limited availability at this time. I do not currently have any evening openings. The initial step is to set up a short phone consultation to ensure that we are a good fit.
