Hi! I'm Tracy! I specialize in teens and pre-teens navigating anxiety, depression, and the impacts of trauma by using Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems Therapy and Art Therapy. I bring extensive experience supporting youth through peer relationships, family dynamics, school crises, and major life disruptions. I focus on helping young people and parents feel safer, more connected, and more confident in daily life. I value close collaboration with schools and medical providers and strive to offer practical, compassionate care that supports both emotional healing and real-world functioning.
