Tracy earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in social work. She has over 20 years experience in the mental health field working in residential/CILA settings, prison/corrections, and hospitals; including emergency departments, inpatient units, and intensive outpatient programs. Tracy is currently the Lead Clinical Therapist and a Certified First Responder Counselor. She believes that healing comes by allowing clients to share their stories of personal struggles and being able to talk openly without fear of being judged. Tracy’s approach with clients is genuine, empathetic and energetic.
