As a therapist I enjoy working with a variety of groups but particularly enjoy working with women's issues and couples. In my work with couples, I utilize the Gottman Method which includes a thorough assessment process and integrates research-based interventions to support and strengthen the weak areas of your partnership. When working in individual sessions, I use a person-centered and solution focused approach to help individuals discover their strengths and overcome daily challenges.
