Hello! I truly enjoy working with many populations and have enjoyed helping empower my clients to reach their goals. No two clients are alike and my approach embodies that. Being trained to address trauma, I understand how it can impact someone’s life and understand the importance of how the experiences in someone’s life can have a lasting impact. I also try to provide a safe accepting environment that is nonjudgmental. I look forward to getting to know you and meeting your unique needs! I have a history of co-facilitating DBT groups. I think that the skills that DBT provides a good baseline of skills to build on. I also enjoy using CBT to change my client’s negative thought patterns. I try to use the skills that I have learned over the last several years to help my client reach their goals.
