As a practicing therapist for 20 years, I have never stopped admiring the courage and strength it takes to seek help, become aware, and illicit change. I like to meet people where they are, identify treatment goals, and help people succeed in making the changes necessary to feel confident, fulfilled, and at peace. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgement space so people feel comfortable opening up and seeking help. I utilize many different therapeutic approaches based on what works best for the person seeking therapy and believe therapy works best when the individual is engaged in their own treatment and progress.
