Hello! I have been working with children, adolescents and families for more than 10 years. I work well with Oppositional Defiance, Aggression, Behavioral Issues and Conflict Resolution. I have heard many times from my clients that I am "not like other therapists" and I have a way of interacting with pre-teens and teenagers so that they feel validated and heard. I have a passion for understanding others and those around me in a way that they feel comfortable. The relationship between therapist and client should be unique and creative. I have been able to assist many families with increasing positive communication while decreasing anger outburst, aggression and behavioral issues. I use many different strategies depending upon individual needs, however solution focused therapy is used most often to provide assistance in the quickest possible way.
