I hope to be a help and support to those experiencing anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, and stress. I also specialize in serving 1st responders and those who have experienced vicarious trauma and work stress. I believe we can resolve or lessen the effects of mental health and life stressors through the therapeutic process. My philosophy is that the act of sharing life experiences with another is a healing process and can often create profound changes in mood management and the resolution of anxiety.
