I am passionate about working with twenty and thirty somethings navigate the tumultuous years of young adulthood. These years are often marked by questions of identity, a reckoning of one’s childhood, big life transitions, relationship challenges, feelings of hopelessness and anxiety about the future, and a general sense of feeling lost. These years are also ripe for self-discovery and developing a greater sense of purpose and meaning.
