My hope is to help you learn more about yourself and your relationships in order to feel more connected in your life and see possibilities for change that can enhance your quality of life. My work focuses on exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and finding ways to build upon strengths, enhance self-compassion, and make changes in one's life that can improve life satisfaction. We can also integrate coping strategies to help enhance resilience and alleviate distress.
