Hello and welcome! I'm Tracy, a licensed therapist (LMSW, CSW) in Indiana and Kentucky with over 10 years’ experience in the mental health field specializing in major life transitions, anxiety, depressive disorders and substance use disorder. I received my BS of Psychology from Indiana University and a Master of Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University. I am a firm believer in a ‘no band-aids’ approach, helping clients create lasting change by addressing their concerns holistically and from the root.
