I treat clients aged 18 (high school graduated) and up. I work best with clients who are ready to invest in meaningful change through a collaborative and thoughtful process. We all face challenges, and need support along the way. My process involves identification of intentions and values that support small gains in the moment that result in the achievement of larger goals over time. I start with a detailed assessment. Together we will create a treatment plan that is designed to help the client observe and experience the changes both large and small.
