I provide a direct approach combined with validation and support. I was born and raised in Canada and am a second generation immigrant. I value culturally competency and have extensive experience working with high-risk diverse populations, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, and psychosis with a specific focus on trauma-informed care. I am trained in EMDR.
