I work best with motivated individuals who will work with me and be courageous enough to be honest about their feelings, and fears. My clients are expected to do assignments, readings and offer feedback. I thoroughly enjoy the progress that an individual can make through self-discovery that counseling offers. Ultimately we are the masters of our own lives, and it is by allowing the individual to unlock their own capabilities and potential, that the therapist is truly a success. I offer my listening skills, a non-judgmental approach and respect for individual thoughts and feelings.
