I am a Psychological Associate with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, currently working under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist and very near licensure. I specialize in trauma therapy, designed to help individuals cope with and heal from the emotional wounds caused by traumatic experiences. I am a certified EMDR therapist and am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and children. Trauma can deeply impact mental, emotional, and physical well-being, often leading to symptoms such as, depression, flashbacks, nightmares, and difficulty trusting.
