As the owner and a licensed therapist at Tranquility Counseling, LLC, I understand the importance of finding peace within oneself. My therapy practice focuses individual wellness therapy for adults. As your professional therapist, I am sensitive, empathetic, and nurturing person. I will walk alongside you on this journey of self-discovery and exploration. I am guided by a strength-based approach to helping you reach your individualized therapeutic goals. My practice will provide a tranquil, calm, healing environment, and a safe space in which to heal in a virtual setting. I specialize in exploring childhood trauma, encouraging self-exploration, general trauma healing, developing healthy coping skills, nurturing healthy relationships, dealing with various types of life transitions, divorce, domestic violence, women, as well as increasing self-esteem, self-awareness, self-confidence and mindfulness.
