I am EMDR Certified, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy certified, specializing in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and trauma-related issues in adults, including ADHD, spiritual trauma, & narcissistic abuse. I work with clients who have experienced chronic and complex trauma or single-incident trauma. My passion is helping people uncover their own inherent wisdom, which is often buried under layers of emotional pain or unhelpful belief systems.
