My professional strengths consist of working with adults and providing them with an individualized space that supports them in exploring their authentic self and beyond. My goal is to provide you with a safe, genuine, and honest space that allows you to grow forward in this journey we call life. Although my primary counseling approach is person - centered, I do lean into other modalities as needed. I value and place firm emphasis on self-determination and working in tandem. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who completed my graduate work at Georgia State University. I earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Columbus State University.I look forward to seeing you cultivate a space for yourself that promotes authenticity and an overall healthier mindset.
