Aloha my name is Tatiana Macias and thank you for making it to this point. You are taking the first step in advocating for your needs. Mental health struggles can happen at any age, which is why I love being able to guide those on their journey with Marriage/Family difficulties and unresolved Trauma. Symptoms of anger, flash backs, anxiety, depression, muscle tension, hopelessness, not feeling loved, not feeling enough, grief, etc. are extremely difficult to live with day to day. Doing this alone can be so lonely and hard, and I am here to hopefully walk with you through this challenging time.
