At Transformations Counseling, I see each client as unique and believe in the utilization of an integrative approach to address their individual mental health needs. I tailor the interventions utilized based on the needs of the client and the collaboration of myself and the client. I believe therapy should be solution-focused and utilize a blended approach to get clients to achieve their overarching goals.
