Have you ever just felt off… like something in your life or relationship isn’t clicking anymore? Sometimes you just need someone to talk to — someone who gets it — so you can figure out your next move. Other times, you know a real change needs to happen, but you’re not sure how to get there. That’s where I come in. I’ve been doing this work for over 15 years, supporting kids, teens, and adults, and one thing I know for sure is this: nobody’s story is the same. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. That’s why I use different styles and techniques so we can find what works best for you. And if you’re a couple? That’s my specialty. A lot of couples come to me feeling disconnected, irritated with each other, or like the spark they used to have is barely flickering. Sometimes it’s stress, sometimes it’s life changes, but most of the time — it’s communication that’s gotten out of sync.
