This unique therapy/life coaching practice, with Lakeeya Natasha (owner/lead therapist), offers support for working professionals. At Transitions4life, LLC, we specialize in conducting individual (21+) and/or coaching sessions with clients who are experiencing varied mental health and life transition concerns. We also assist those who are clinical professionals or work in high stress careers to better manage their life stressors, promote self care, and reduce the effects of burnout. I am a licensed mental health therapist and wellness coach who specializes in working with people dealing with situational or chronic depression, anxiety, grief and loss, divorce, pre- and post marital counseling, career changes, parenting struggles, spiritual awareness, and self esteem: All through a Person Centered Strength Based Approach.
