I work with women who had childhood sexual and/or physical abuse and have made choices as teens and adults based on the guilt, shame, and blame that the abuse created. I believe in eliminating the guilt, shame, and blame you carry. I believe in relinquishing the control your trauma has on you. This is NOT for everyone, this will NOT take the rest of your life, this IS understanding there is life after trauma! Weather pending, we can have sessions while walking among horses, dogs, alpacas, and goats. View 8 Photos I offer over 20 years of only trauma work - I am a one trick pony - this is all I know and all I do. My passion for trauma work is real. I do not have training in substance abuse. Thus will not work with anyone with less than 3 years recovery and actively working a sobriety program. We can do indoor, outdoor, and/or video sessions.
