My name is Trava Goodwin and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Diego, CA, and I provide telehealth services statewide. I work with adults who have difficulty managing stress and coping, anxiety, depression, relationships, and adjusting to major life changes. I implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused therapy, Strengths-based Therapy, Humanistic therapy, Compassion-Focused therapy, Motivational interviewing, and/or coaching techniques to help improve my clients' quality of life.
