I have over 10 years of experience working with people on issues related to anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I still enjoy it. Those issues can affect our lives in so many ways and in so many situations and I’m happy to tackle the cases that feel impossible. I will work with you to develop a goal that fits your needs, even when things change or get rough. I typically use variations of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in a client-centered fashion, but I am flexible when it’s needed. I am very experienced in using ACT approaches as well when it's the right fit for someone.
