I’m committed to creating a space where clients feel genuinely supported as they work toward meaningful, lasting change. My areas of focus include depression and anxiety, substance use and misuse, LGBTQ+ experiences, men’s issues and masculinity, college students, and those navigating transitions in life, family, and career. I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Indiana University, studying education, counseling, and human development. My longstanding connection to IU also includes years of work in counseling, teaching, and administrative roles, giving me a strong understanding of both campus and community dynamics.
