Common challenges include difficulty with attention, addiction, executive functioning, sensory overload, rigid thinking, building routines, and navigating social interactions. Clients often need a supportive, non-judgmental space where they feel understood and empowered, along with practical tools that work for their unique brain. Their goals include building confidence, managing overwhelm, strengthening coping skills, improving focus and routines, and gaining clarity and independence.
