My name is Travis McCarthy and I am a Drama Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My ideal client is someone navigating a life transition, managing stress, or seeking deeper self-understanding. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to express what they’re carrying. They want support that feels safe, creative, and nonjudgmental. Their goals are to understand their emotions, build coping skills, and feel more grounded and authentic.
